Residents of 2-4 flats play an important role in providing affordable housing for families in Chicago’s neighborhoods. As a tenant or owner-occupant of a 2-4 flat in Chicago, your feedback is important in helping us design programs and obtain resources to help maintain the homes in your neighborhood.

To help us better understand the needs and challenges of owners and residents of 2-4 flats, we will be holding focus group sessions with owners and renters of 2-4 flats in Garfield Park and West Humboldt Park.

This space is for owners and renters to participate in small group discussions about the needs and challenges of owning or living in this type of property.
